On April 6 the Youth World Championship snowboard cross was successfully held in Gudauri.
The winners were:
Among women:
- Lea Casta – France.
- Noemie Wiedmer – Switzerland.
- Lisa Boirai Francesia – Italy.
Among the men:
- Leon Ulbricht – Germany.
- Julien Tomas – France.
- Aidan Chollet – France.
Unfortunately Georgian snowboarders did not qualify.
On April 7, a team competition was held in the same discipline. World Champion became the first French team, the second French team took the second place, and the third place was taken by the Slovakian team.
