On March 6-7, the International Children’s Skiing Competition – Lado`s Cup (slalom and giant slalom) – under the auspices of FIS was held Successfully in Bakuriani. This is the first time in the history of Georgian alpine skiing.

The organizers of the competition were the “Lado Cup” Organizing Committee, the Georgian Ski Federation and Mountain Trails Agancy. The supporter was the Ministry of Sports of Georgia.

The competition was divided into two age categories according to FIS rules (children under 14 and under 16 U14-U16). Up to 100 athletes participated in the competition.
