On February 1, the FIS slopestyle competition was held in the Polish resort of Gubalovka, where Jaba Skvediani, a member of the Georgian snowboard team took second place and improved his world ranking. The second Georgian – Nikoloz Gabuldani also competed in the race, Nikoloz took 12th place.
