Today, the fourth stage of the Georgian Alpine Skiing Regional Cup – Giant Slalom was held in Gudauri.<\/p>\n
Members of the teams from Tbilisi, Gudauri, Bakuriani, Mestia and Adjara again took part in the competition. The athletes were divided into three age groups:<\/p>\n

The holding of the Georgian Cup in mountain resorts at all stages is supported by local municipalities: Svaneti, Adjara, Samtskhe-Javakheti and Mtskheta-Mtianeti, the municipalities of Dusheti and Kazbegi, the Mtskheta-Mtianeti administration are actively involved in the proper organization of the Gudauri stage. The regional races of the Georgian Cup are being held jointly by the Georgian Ski Federation and M.T.A. with the traditional support of ,,Silknet\u201c. After the fourth stage, Gudauri will be preparing for the Georgian Championship. Those skiers who accumulate high-rating points at the regional stages of the Georgian Cup will participate in the 2025 Georgian Championship. The championship will be held in Gudauri on April 4-7, with the support of ,,Silknet\u201c. The company has been the general sponsor of the Ski Federation for the second decade and has continuously supported the development of skiing in Georgia since its establishment.<\/p>\n
