Mikaela Schiffrin won the 2018 big and slalom small cups
On 9-10 March, the Ladies Alpine Ski World Cup was held in the German resort - Ofterschwang.
The giant slalom won Norwegian Ranghild Mowinckel. This victory is the first in her career, the second and third places took: German Viktoria Rebensburg and American Mikaela Schiffrin.
Mikaela Schiffrin overcame his rival Wendy Holdner with 603 points, meaning that Mikaela Shiffrin won her World Cup for the second time in her career.
On the next day, Mikaela Schiffrin won the slalom too, Wendy Holdener of Switzerland took the second place and Swede, Olympic champion Frida Hansdotter took the third place.
Shiffrin also won the 2018 Slalom Cup. Slalom's small cup is fifth in her career.
The final stages will be held on March 14 in the resort Are, Sweden and on March 18, 2018 Alpine Ski World Cup will be finished.
